WARRANTY TERMS

36 months warranty is valid if:

  • The product has been used in accordance with the product instructions;
  • Only genuine Brother consumables and accessories have been used with the device;
  • The device was purchased from our official partners, wholesalers or from their websites with a saved proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

To take advantage of the warranty, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the device.

The device has a QWERTY keyboard and a large graphic display, allowing you to conveniently create clear, professional labels. Integrated Bluetooth connectivity allows you to print directly from a smartphone or computer using the P-touch Editor or Brother iPrint&Label apps. Tapes up to 18 mm wide are supported, and a wide selection of fonts, symbols and frames allows you to customize labels to different needs.
